The sale of Vistoso Automotive, a 6,131-square-foot automotive building built in 1998 was recently recorded. The location of the property is 12945 N. Oracle Road in Oro Valley, Arizona. The property sold to Madstart LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. The seller was Vistoso Automotive, LLC.  The sales price was[mepr-show rules="58038"]$1,200,000.00 which equates to $195 per square foot. The building was vacant at closing.
