Radiology Limited building in Green Valley sells for $2.6 million

GREEN VALLEY, AZ (April 1, 2025) – The medical building at 450 W Continental Road in Green Valley was sold for $2.6 million ($360 per square foot) in an all-cash transaction. Page Holdings, LLC, a Paradise Valley investor, acquired the property as part of a 1031 exchange upleg.

Constructed in 1994, the 7,225-square-foot building was fully leased to Radiology Limited and sold as an investment property.

Larsen Baker Acquires Tucson / Phoenix Portfolio for $8 Million

TUCSON, AZ (March 28, 2025) — Larsen Baker has acquired a five-property portfolio of mostly industrial and some retail properties from California-based Sydco Realty Company. The portfolio, comprising assets across Central Tucson and one in Phoenix, sold for $8 million. It totals 126,878 square feet at approximately $63 per square foot.

The properties include:

  • Tucson:
    • Industrial properties at 526 & 576 E 16th Street
    • Industrial property at 505 E 17th Street
    • Retail properties at 3952 & 3996 N First Avenue
    • Retail property at 712-714 N Stone Avenue
  • Phoenix:
    • Industrial property at 3836 & 3840 N 28th Avenue

Tenants occupied all the buildings, and Larsen Baker plans to improve and gradually stabilize the properties.

SCS Tile Acquires Industrial Building in Tucson

TUCSON, AZ (March 27, 2025) — SCS Tile purchased the industrial property at 2311 N 14th Avenue in Tucson for $1,175,000 ($113 PSF) for the metal buildings built in 1958 on .67 acres at 14th Ave and Sahuaro Street.

The property consists of two buildings totalling 10,340 square feet with three overhead cranes, 1000 amps / 3-phase power, 19-foot ceiling heights, two offices, two bathrooms, a metal roof, grade-level roll-up doors, and a fenced yard.
