TUCSON, AZ (November 10, 2025) — A total of 72,152 square feet of lease activity was reported this week to Tucson Lease Report across industrial, retail, and office properties in Southern Arizona, led by the 14,902-square-foot lease to Davis Kitchens at Valencia Tech Park, handled by Isaac Figueroa. Industrial transactions accounted for the largest share of new space leased. At the same time, notable office and medical activity included Haven Health at Tri-Point Plaza by Richard M. TUCSON (October 27, 2025) — Tucson’s commercial market remained active this week with a diverse mix of new industrial, office, and retail leases totaling more than 45,000 square feet across multiple submarkets. Industrial activity dominated leasing, led by UniUni Logistics Inc., which signed a 9,656-square-foot lease at 5990 S. Country Club Road in the South Airport submarket, represented by Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR and EastGroup Properties. Other notable industrial tenants included Coati Concepts LLC, with 5,175 square feet on South Broadmont Drive, and Alcal Specialty Contracting, Inc., with 4,828 square feet at the same South Airport complex.

On the office and retail side, smaller deals reflected continued demand for professional and service space. Highlights included Equitable Advisors leasing 1,499 square feet at 5151 E. Broadway Boulevard, ReTech Store taking 1,850 square feet on North Oracle Road, and Catalina Tutoring opening a new 1,029-square-foot learning center at Plaza Bel Air on East Sunrise Drive.

Renewal activity also remained steady across the industrial sector, with long-term tenants such as First Digital Communications, Belfor USA Group, and GoBrands dba GoPuff reaffirming their commitments in key South and Central submarkets.
