TUCSON, AZ (August 18, 2025) — A total of 11,607 square feet was reported leased this week to Tucson Commercial Lease Report across retail and industrial properties. Retail transactions accounted for 6,156 square feet, while industrial leases totaled 5,451 square feet.

The following leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the week of August 11- 15, 2025.

ASR Learning Partner, LLC dba A+ Mathnasium has leased the remaining 2,556 square feet of retail space in the pad building at The Plaza at Williams Centre. TUCSON, AZ (August 11, 2025) — Lease activity in the Tucson commercial lease market this week totaled more than 56,000 square feet across industrial, office, and retail properties. Industrial space accounted for the majority of new leases, highlighted by Stevens Equipment Supply LLC’s 24,822-square-foot pre-lease at Corona Commerce Center. Office and retail transactions also saw steady demand, with several tenants securing first-time Tucson locations. Renewals represented a smaller share of activity in industrial and medical office properties.

TUCSON, AZ (August 4, 2025) — During the past week, a total of 86,429 square feet of commercial space was leased or renewed across the Tucson market. New leases accounted for 7,316 square feet, spanning medical office, retail, and industrial properties. These same leases were 91% renewals and expansions, representing 79,113 square feet, highlighting strong tenant retention and long-term commitments across several submarkets.

The largest transaction was Tucson Medical Center dba TMC Health Cancer Center’s 30,757-square-foot expansion in the East submarket, signaling continued investment in specialized healthcare facilities. Industrial properties dominated overall activity, particularly in South and Central Tucson, where multiple tenants renewed leases at established business parks, underscoring the limited availability of comparable spaces in these areas. Retail activity was driven by smaller, service-oriented tenants such as Hello Sugar and Gadget Geeks Pro, reflecting steady neighborhood center demand rather than large-format retail growth.

Overall, the week’s activity points to a stable market environment where expansions and renewals outpace new tenant entries, with healthcare and industrial sectors continuing to lead leasing momentum.
