The Westerner, 10 East Broadway, Tucson, AZ

COPE Properties has purchased the ground lease at 10 E. Broadway for $2,125,000 from the Deborah Grey Weiss and Melinda Elizabeth Curry.

The existing ground lease is with The Westerner office building, a four-story building in downtown Tucson that had seven years remaining on the 16,800-square-foot ground lease. Currently with four-stories, the building can be expanded up to 12-stories.

David Volk and Bruce Suppes with CBRE’s Tucson office, along with Jason Hisey with Ray Schneider Properties, represented the buyer. The seller was self-represented.
