Kaitlyn Sump

Tucson, Ariz. (November 20, 2025) – CBRE announced that Kaitlyn Sump has joined its Tucson office as an associate, specializing in leasing and sales of retail properties in the Tucson area.

"I am excited to welcome Kaitlyn to CBRE," said Jeff Casper, CBRE's first vice president and Tucson market leader. "Her professionalism and deep understanding of the local market make her an exceptional addition to our growing team."

Sump joins CBRE from Bourn Companies, where she drove retail leasing efforts, negotiated deals, and collaborated with development teams on site planning and investor reporting.

She previously served as a summer intern at CBRE after her senior year of college, where she contributed to regional marketing efforts and supported brokers with property research. Sump also co-founded KSZ Realty, where she closed more than $2 million in sales and managed full-cycle transactions.

Joining CBRE in Tucson is an exciting step in my career. I’m looking forward to collaborating with such a talented team and helping our clients with their real estate strategies in Southern Arizona," said Sump.

Sump holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Arizona. She is currently pursuing her Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
