Tucson Commercial Lease Report

TUCSON, AZ (August 18, 2025) -- A total of 11,607 square feet was reported leased this week to Tucson Commercial Lease Report across retail and industrial properties. Retail transactions accounted for 6,156 square feet, while industrial leases totaled 5,451 square feet.

The following leases were reported to the Real Estate Daily News for the week of August 11- 15, 2025.

RETAIL – 5480 E. Broadway Blvd., Suite 130, Tucson, 85711 – Central East submarket
ASR Learning Partner, LLC dba A+ Mathnasium has leased the remaining 2,556 square feet of retail space in the pad building at The Plaza at Williams Centre. The premises will be used for tutoring and related academic services and activities. Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR, represented the landlord and Frank Arrotta represented the tenant, both with Larsen Baker.

RETAIL – 4924 E. 22nd St., Tucson, 85711 – Central East submarket
Overstock Tucson, LLC has leased the freestanding 2,400 square foot building featuring showroom and warehouse. Batoun Herrington, CCIM, with Branel Real Estate Company, represented the landlord.

INDUSTRIAL – 8101 E. Research Court, Suite 109, Tucson, 85710 – East submarket
Dynamic Installation and Metal Worx leased 2,175 square feet of office/warehouse from Research Investors LLC. Max Fisher, BRD Realty, handled the transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 18 E. Ventura St., Tucson, 85705 – Central submarket
Automotive Problems Solutions LLC leased 2,100 square feet of office/warehouse from Hood LP II. Max Fisher, BRD Realty, handled the transaction.

INDUSTRIAL – 90 W. Fort Lowell Rd., Tucson, 85705 – Central submarket
Wasmund LLC leased 1,176 square feet of office/warehouse from R Legacy Irrevocable Trust. Max Fisher, BRD Realty, handled the transaction.

RETAIL – Northwest Design Center (NW corner Orange Grove Rd. & Thornydale Rd.), Tucson, 85741 – Northwest submarket
It's Fade O Clock Somewhere has leased 1,200 square feet of retail space to be used as a barbershop. Isaac Figueroa, CCIM, SIOR, with Larsen Baker represented the landlord and handled the transaction.
