Tucson Commercial Lease Report – Oct. 27-31, 2025

TUCSON, AZ (November 3, 2025) — Tucson Commercial Lease activity slowed this week across the Tucson metro area, totaling 13,361 square feet of new and renewal leases. The largest transaction was Wave Form Med Tech’s 3,145-square-foot office/warehouse lease on West Grant Road, handled by Max Fisher of BRD Realty. The largest renewal was Argus Professional Storage Management’s 5,391-square-foot office renewal at Courtyard Center on East Grant Road, represented by Richard Kleiner and Alexis Corona of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR. Retail activity included new leases by Tucson Wellness, Me Latte Café, and Gadget Geeks Pro (Total Wireless), expanding neighborhood centers in Rita Ranch, St. Mary’s Plaza, and Valencia Road, respectively.
